How to return your order
You order on our brand new website, here is the process to follow :
1- Click on the following link to acess to the return form or use the QR code sent by e-mail.
2- Select the article(s) you want to send back, the quantity and the reason why, then, confirm.
3- Print and join the returning document you received by e-mail to the parcel before sending it to the following adress :

Don't forget to check your spams.
Without this document, we will not be able to identify your parcel.
Shipping
Your parcel will be sent 24 to 48h
afer your order confirmation.
Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday until noon, orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be shipped the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
Preparation time and shipping can take longer during hot periods (Holiday, sales...)
Returns
You have a period of 30 days following the reception of your parcel to return a partial or full order.
Unfortunately, returns in relay point and in store are not available for the moment but our teams are working hard to make your return process easier as soon as possible !

Our quality department will verify that your articles have never been worn or dammaged.
Refunds are made on the method of payment used at the time of purchase (Paypal or credit card), within a maximum of 1 4 days after receipt of your package in our warehouse.
