Delivery & Return Policy

Packages are generally shipped within 1-2 working days after we receive payment from you. Orders placed on after 12pm on a Friday, or on a Saturday or Sunday, will be dispatched the following Monday or Tuesday (excluding public holidays). During peak periods (sales, holiday periods, etc.), the time it takes to prepare and ship your order may be slightly longer.

Orders over £135 are exempt from delivery fees.

We are not able to deliver orders to customers based outside of the UK. Customers based outside of the UK should visit our EU website at JOTT.com

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your products for a full refund, provided we get them back within 30 days and in perfect original sale-able condition. Only unworn, unstained, undamaged, unwashed items returned with the tags attached and original bag/pouch/cover intact will be accepted.

• Click here to access the returns portal, then enter your e-mail address and the order reference.

• Select the item that doesn't suit you and enter the reason for the return, then validate your returns request.

• Print out the returns form and the dispatch label that you received by e-mail. Slip the voucher into your parcel and stick the pre-paid label on the packaging.

• Send your return: go to the post office or your nearest collection point within 7 days!
